This is a walk through symptoms, not a medical assessment or a diagnosis. Symptoms can have many causes, and low testosterone can only be assessed by a doctor using your history and blood tests taken at the right time. Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to Enkel Health or saved.
What the check covers
Six questions about non-specific symptoms involving energy, libido, body signals, mood and focus, strength and recovery, and sleep. You get no score and no likelihood, because symptoms cannot show a hormone level. You get back what you said, alongside the markers a blood test actually measures.
What happens to your answers
Nothing. They stay in your browser, they are not sent to us and they are not saved. The page makes no requests while you fill it in.
Markers a blood test can measure
These are included in initial testosterone testing or targeted follow-up for men. Each marker has its own page in the marker library with reference ranges and what low and high values mean.
- FSHa hormone signal to the ovaries or testes
- LHa hormone signal involved in reproductive function
- Testosteronea hormone involved in reproductive and muscle function
- SHBGa protein that carries sex hormones in the blood
- Prolactina pituitary hormone that can affect periods and sex hormones
- Albumina blood protein made by the liver
The tests that measure them
- Testosterone Basics1,095 kr
Checks total testosterone and the two proteins that carry it in the blood, from a morning sample.
3 markers - Testosterone Advanced1,295 kr
Checks testosterone with its carrier proteins, the two brain signals that tell the body to make it, and the milk hormone, a less common cause of low testosterone.

These symptoms have many possible causes
Poor sleep, stress, depression, thyroid disease, iron deficiency, medication and alcohol can all produce the same symptoms as low testosterone. That is why the check draws no conclusion: a clinical assessment determines whether blood tests are needed and which causes to investigate.
